3. Once received, candidates will be sent an email requesting further details to complete the registration process. This will include affiliation, address, phone number, training, and experience. The application must be submitted correctly with the candidate’s full name, as this information will also be used for certificates. An anonymised questionnaire will collect data on candidates’ professional background.
4. Submitted information will be reviewed, and eligibility will be verified.
5. Eligible applicants from UEMS member countries will then receive instructions for payment of the examination fee (see Account and Payment Details below), while applicants from other countries will be included in the waiting list.
6. Applications are considered complete only after payment is received. The examination fee must be transferred in full to the designated UEMS bank account; applicants are responsible for any bank charges incurred.
7. Successful applicants will receive final confirmation. A payment receipt will be available on request.
8. Eligible applicants on the waiting list will be offered available places after January 29, 2026. Offers will have to be accepted and payment to be sent withing 5 working days.
The admission fees for the full examination are given below. They apply for 2026 and will be reviewed annually.
In the event of cancellations more than 28 days before the examination, an application for a subsequent examination will be possible for a reduced fee at a subsequent sitting. Cancellations less than 28 days prior to the examination will not qualify for a reduced fee at a subsequent sitting.

ii. Do not include the words “payment” or “invoice”.
