4. By submitting an application, candidates declare that they have access to technical equipment and internet connection quality in accordance with the current requirements of the exam platform provider(s) in order to be able to participate in the ECMGG exam (Equipment requirements).
5. The application platform will collect limited personal information (e.g. name, affiliation, training status, …) that will be stored in agreement with the GDPR.
6. Cancellations made before November 13, 2026 are eligible for a fee refund. Details on cancellation policy can be found in the 2027 ECMGG Examination General Document.
